Our church is not called “Salvation” by chance. Every man
coming into this world needs salvation from difficulties and problems, but the
thing we need the most is the salvation of our soul and the eternal life with
God. This is why the purpose of the teaching and the sermons preached in our
church is the healing of diseases, deliverance from addictions, restoration of
the relationships in families, and the most important - every man’s meeting
with God Who can forgive sins and give the true happiness.
No man is obliged to attend our very church. You can attend any
church where you feel good. However, we will always be glad to see both you and
your family at our services and also minister to you. Our church is a family
having room for everyone. We love you and God loves you!

The annual review conference for the ministers was held in the “Salvation” church
The “Salvation” church
holds the review conference for ministers at the end of every year. Its purpose
is to sum up a year that passes away, review the fulfillment of the vision and
also to congratulate and pay homage to the ministers who fulfilled and over
exceeded it.
PastorsMykolaSavchukandOlgaSynelnykovacalledthechurchtogreeteachcategoryofthepresentministerswithapplause. The church applauded the deacons, regional pastors, local
church pastors and all other present ministers. “Some of us planted the
spiritual seeds this year while others watered them. Someone rooted the “weeds”
out and someone else “dag the sprouts round” and protected them against “pests”,
but the Word of God tells us that the Lord alone produces fruit!” said pastor
Mykola, “So, let us pray telling the Lord that we value Him most of all!”
Duringtheworshiptheseniorpastorandthebishopofthe “Salvation” churchessaid, “Todaywewanttolookatourspiritualfruit, butbeforethankinganymanwewillthanktheLordbringingtoHimallourachievementsandefforts!” The pastor put the printed reports
and the summaries of this year in a special basket and then shook them before
the Lord in the prayer.
The whole of the Old Testament is the prototype and example for us.
Therefore I can say that the righteous Noah was the leader of the first home
group. He, his wife, sons and daughters-in-law were the first home group.
Millions of people surrounded Noah during the building of an Ark, but neither of them wanted to listen to
Noah. However Noah was not disappointed. What must a home church be started
from? You, your husband or wife, the children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and mothers-in-law…
Here is your home group. The main thing is to have the leader.
The situation had not
changed during a year until Noah left the Ark together with his family. The lesson we
can learn on the basis of this description is that consolidation of a cell
group takes place during a year time and then its members are not interested in
being with each other any more, so they begin to “stew in their own juice.”
ThenNoahhadanotherproblem – Ham, oneofhissons, began to mock at his father. Such trouble may happen in a home
group too when its members mock at their leader, the spiritual father.
But God knew how to avoid such a thing. He gave all people the command
to multiply and fill the earth, but they did not respond to God’s command and
it resulted in the problem mentioned before. We need the multiplication of our
home churches because it is the very reason they are formed for.
As theconsequence of Ham’sdeed Noahcursedhisgeneration,
inotherwords, hisson Canaan.
Butwhy? Because the Lord
Himself blessed Ham, therefore Noah could have not cursed the one who had been
blessed by the Lord. Today we can watch the fulfillment of all things written
in the Word of God thousands of years ago. Sons of Japheth are the European
nations. The sons of Shem are the Jews and Arabs. And the sons of Ham are
Africans. God promised to Canaan that he would become the lowest of slaves to
his brothers, to Japheth – that he would live in the tents of Shem and to Shem
– that Canaan would be his slave. It came that
Japheth would become the superior to them all. This is the present situation:
the countries of Africa are the least developed, the countries of the Persian
Gulf are more developed and the most developed and powerful are the countries
of Europe and America
(the part of it inhabited by people having European roots).Why did it happen like this? I would like to
answer by the following question. Who was the initiator of turning the shame
from his father by covering his nakedness? Japheth!
God chose Noah to make him the spiritual leader of that time. Tellme,did Noah always do right things and make no mistakes? No! But every man
who had treated him with respect got the blessing, and the one who used to mock
at him – the curse! The same thing happens at the present time as well because
the Old Testament is the prototype for us. One must respect his spiritual
parents not because they are sinless, the wisest and the most spiritual, but
they are to be respected just because God has appointed them for the ministry.
Church members, respect your deacons! Deacons, respect your regional
pastors! Regional pastors, respect the pastors of your local churches! And then
you will be blessed!
Godwantseachofustobecomeaspiritualfatherand each home group – a church. We cannot do it
by our own strength, but only by the power of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Then pastors SergiySergiyenkoandTetyanaKebacameuponthestage afterthesermonandtheshortpraise. They, together with the senior pastor, thanked everyone who had
served God this year and then invited the ministers who had achieved great
success in their ministry during this time to come forward to the stage.
“ThiscrisisyearGodgaveusthedesiretogivethebestandmostexpensivepresentsthereforetheyareverypracticalandofhighquality!” pastor Philip told.
Thedeaconswhohadfulfilledthevision 100-400% andevenmorewerecongratulatedthefirst. They were given tea sets and tea-things, frying pans of the well-known
trademarks and electrical kettles.
The most successful
ministers shared the secrets of their success with the church, but it came that
all of them have one and the same secret – to love God and people!
Thenthechurchcongratulatedsomeregionalpastors and the pastors of some local churches. They were given
different presents according to their tastes and wishes, e.g. dinner sets,
expensive pens, mixers, etc.
PastorNinaSavochkawascongratulated
separately. She had fulfilled the vision 125% just in two months (that is the actual
time of the existence of the region for the businessmen, which she heads). She
was given a tea set too.
Thewhole churchexclaimed “Weblessyou!” attheendofthe congratulation of each group of the ministers.
Thecongratulationoftheseniorpastor Philip Myhailovych Savochka
became a real surprise for him. He was given a steam cooker. “Pastor, we love
and respect you as the father!” pastor Tetyana Keba expressed the general
opinion.
ThenPhilipMyhailovychmadethedetailedreview of the fulfillment of the spiritual and administrative vision of
both the central and the local churches. Everyone could see the real numbers
and the percent ratio between the fulfilled vision and the expected one being
displayed by the overhead projector. “If we planned nothing then we would have
not got anywhere! We do not serve God for presents, fame or respect from
people. We serve because we love Him!” said the pastor.
InconclusionpastorPhilippersonallythankedalltheministersonceagainaskingthem tostandupfor that. Firstlyhe thanked thepastorsofthelocalchurches, then the regional pastors and finally the deacons.
Thepeoplesharedtheirimpressionsandfeelingswitheachotheraftertheconferencefor quiet a long. They congratulated one
another on the coming holidays rejoicing at the fruitful year which is passing
away.
